I just received my G50 HappyRun electric bike from Amazon today, and I am beyond frustrated. The male threads on the pedals do not screw into the female threads on the pedal bars because they are completely stripped. The manufacturer clearly did not cut the threads correctly, making the bike faulty and unusable right out of the box.I paid over $700, including shipping, and now I can’t even put the pedals on! This is unacceptable quality control. I expect replacement pedal bars and pedals immediately or a full replacement bike. Very unhappy with this purchase—buyers beware!

FUN! This bike is way too much fun. It’s very sturdy and comfortable to ride. The engine is very strong. I weigh in at about 250lbs. I hit 32mph and cruised at that speed with no problems. Very cool.

I have had this bike for about a month , after about 70 miles of usage . Overall I love the bike , but there are a few things you should know .The description is not true in my experience31 mph top speed , false only if you drove it off a cliff60 miles on a charge , not true 40 miles on a chargeThe motor description is only 750 watts , it’s kinda muddy in the description.Seat is not adjustable , if your over 5’10 I wouldn’t buy this bikeAccessories seem a bit overpriced 79.00 for a 33lbs rear rack .What’s good ..The construction seems well builtLittle motor has nice accelerationPerfect for an older person that wants to get out an ride , motor allows you to rest while still movingThe three stages from no assist , partial assist , and full motor is a very nice optionPretty easy to assemble , turn signals and brake light are nice touch .Overall the description is misleading so that is why only a 4 star , bike is a good value for the price .

Let me start this thing is pretty, I live in the city of Toronto very busy place. This was great for the summer being able to zip around its pretty quick and picks up speed fast. I really liked this bike a lot and have so much to say about it, BUT 2 major issues.The battery died within 3 months it was a pain to get a new one finally got one after 2 months of emails and not long after getting the new battery the motor decides to stop working. so this is why I cannot recommend this bike for the price point.

Arrived a day earlier than expected. Was easy to assemble. Was an early Christmas present for myself to get out of the house more and so far has just been great. Just goes and goes.I think it looks great and the battery has enough power to get me up any hill that I have tried so far.Battery life seems good my longest ride has been about 75 kilometres and still had lots of battery life left.

I got my e-bike shipped to me but then 5 days and I put it together and everything was perfect except the brakes were a little out of adjustment but I called customer service and they helped me very quickly and offered to reimburse me for the brake adjustments at a local bike shop. Very happy and satisfied. Battery life is very good and the quality of the bike is the best that I've ever seen the assembly was very easy and the performance of the bike is better than I ever expected. The size of the bike is just perfect for me it looks like a beefed up BMX

My wife and I are no strangers to the Ebike world. About 1.5 years ago we were able to scoop up a pair of the swagatron ebikes on sale. They had the fat tire we were looking for at a price point that was extremely affordable but they were marketed for kids. Regardless they suited us very well and still do. I am 6ft and my wife is 5'7". We agreed that we wanted to dig further into this new hobby of ours and scanned amazon for options.What drew me to this one was not only the price point which compared is actually very good for what you get, but the features really caught my eye. What was lacking in the swagatrons were the shocks. What a game changer. No more feeling the bumps of the street!!! This is my number one love so far. The shocks are amazing for my 185lb body! Ive taken this on city streets as well as the back streets and so far it has held up amazingly.Assembly was super easy. I did have a minor mishap where the gear button box was damaged upon arrival but customer service took care of that really quickly with a shipped replacement and instructions. It was a quick exchange and I was on the road testing this out in no time.The large screen was something I hadn't seen in other models which caught my eye. Another amazing feature is that you can attach a usb phone charger directly to the battery to keep you going for the entire ride. I got a lot of looks from my neighbors.. They thought I had bought a dirt bike but were wowed when I told them it was an ebike. It definitely has a presence.. Sturdy, smooth ride is what you should expected.. As for the batter life I don't know yet so I will update it. Speed wise so far I've gotten up to 28 miles. My wife who is lighter than me is going to try it out and see how fast she can go but this thing has some amazing zip.. I haven't tried it downhill so I am sure this thing will fly.I did purchase a phone holder - the velcro type to keep my phone safe. If you are thinking of attacking a rack you can possibly get the ones that attached to the tire gear. This bike does not have a seat stem so you will need to find something that can work..Amazon is the place to search for that.All in all I feel very satisfied with this purchase and see lots of fun riding ahead for my family.5 stars so far!!!I will update this review once I get a feel for the battery life. It actually came fully charged which was a plus!
