This review is for the Electric Fence Posts 25 Pcs, 48 Inch Step in Fence Post, White Temporary Plastic Fence Post for Patio, Garden, Orchard, Farm Protection. So here we have electric fence posts. These seem fine, but since it's cold out I'm not pushing them hard to see how pliable they are. It is important for them to be strong but still be pliable to a certain extent. If they're too hard and brittle they'll snap easily if stress is put on them. Of course they need to be a certain amount of strong and UV stable plastic to stand up to use, the weather, if something does get tangled in the electric wire/tape and pulls them out... deer are really good at that LOL. It can be a hard balance to strike. These seem like good posts. They're cleanly formed without a lot of excess from sloppy manufacture processes. These are the standard 4 feet tall from tip to tip, so you do lose some height when yu take off the metal pole to sink in the ground, but that's standard. If you want/need a taller fence you will need to be using metal T posts or woooden ones. These also have the extra little short tip on the bottom side of the footrest that you step on to insert them into the ground, it helps prevent the posts from twisting, these work to varying degrees depending on your soil.Use of these depends on your soil. Too sandy/wet/soft they may not hold well. Too hard with clay, rocks... you may have trouble inserting them. Just things to consider. I can tell you from living out in the country most of my life, having livestock, horses, chickens.... these are pretty resilient overall and can take a lot of abuse! LOL. Both from animals, kids, the weather extremes of a northern state... You can't beat them for the light weight, portability, usefullness, can be configured in any shape, work great too keep animals in and predators out, reusable, lower cost than traditional fence posts and easily replaced, one of the best/most cost effective for rotational grazing... The biggest issue I ever had with them was deer getting tangled up and ripping a big line of the fencing out, even if you put flags/streamer tapes on the fence. So, I no longer live out in the country due to now being physically handicapped and I can't physically do it. I'll be using these posts to stake up plants in my raised bed vege garden I have planned in the city. We do have a lot of deer up here as there's a huge metroparks system with woods, rivers, lots of grassy eares... so I'll prob be using more solid kennel fencing panels to keep them out.Now I used to just get my posts at the local big bog farm supply store. And I went and loooked at their website, these posts are almost twice the price as theirs! But you do get free fast delivery with these if you have prime. Also keep in mind if you go with metal flat/T posts or wooden you have more weight to deal with, need a post driver and more physical labor to install them, the added cost of insulators...The big box farm supply does have free standard delivery on orders over $49.00, but items can take up to 5 days to ship and it excludes large/oversized items....Regular price $ 99.99 per the listing for the 25 piece pack and there's a 20% off coupon. So that helps the cost VS the farm supply store. They do have them in a 50 pack for a better price but you lose the 20% coupon. So as I always say, watch foor sales/coupons, browse listings... and find your best deal!As always I only do honest reviews and update if needed. I hope this helps yu make the best choices how to spend your $.

Put up electric fencing, low for bunnies and high for deer. Posts are sturdy enough. Used the twisted braided electric "wire" and it slipped in easily.

These arent my first temporary fence spikes. I use them for setting up the perimeter of my lure coursing field with light weight fence material. In the past, I have used white ones from a different company and they lasted 7 years before they started breaking .This was my first order from this company because they offered the size I needed with next day delivery. I ordered green because they didn’t offer the same size in whitePRO:1- arrived quickly2-each spike came with its own cover . This was fortuitous when you see con #1Con #1-box was broken, the spikes were sticking out of both ends and there was a tear in the middle of the box.#2- although spikes were better than the white, the green plastic is less flexible and 2 have snapped and 2 foot push parts have snapped off.#3- I prefer white color for the field, not sure if the white from this company would be the more substantial material

I bought these for flowerbed fencing and to keep my iris and peonies upright. They seem to work well for that, but I do not think that they are heavy enough for pasture use. For my purpose, they are work well and the price is very reasonable.
