It's a great product when it works, however, after about two months of owning it, it doesn't charge past 18%. There's no contact information listed for the seller either on the product page or their store page. According to the Amazon customer service representative I contacted regarding the product issue, the company doesn't provide a warranty for the product. Luckily Amazon provide a refund.Who doesn't provide a warranty in this day and age? I really like it and will give another one a go just in case this one was a dud.

It's a simple option to a standard wine opener. It charges easily and works quick. Superior slick design and it also comes with some exceptional wine bottle cutter and pour spout.

It looks nice with the base but it comes in tiny box. The base is not included so therefore the it's not worth the price for me. and very tiny.

When I received this I was dismayed to see it did not come with a charging base. Only a usb cord, which doesn’t make it easy to charge it in your kitchen. I started the return process and immediately found out it was not returnable because it was hazardous. Seeing as I had only had it for 5 minutes, I am wondering how it suddenly became too hazardous to return when it was fine they sent it to me. Amazon customer service was very understanding and made everything right. But save yourself some time and money and just skip ordering this one.
