Common Problems Troubleshooting
Q1: The winder cannot be powered on, and the product cannot be turned on or off?
A: Please check whether there is correct contact. If it still doesn't work, please contact our after-sales service to resend a new one.
Q2: Is it difficult to wind the yarn, and the speed is too fast and the yarn is loose?
A: First, before use, fix the line, put the white rubber down, and wind the line around the white rubber area. Try the low speed gear first. After the ball is tight, you can start the medium speed, and it will run beautifully.
Q3: The winder keeps stopping and starting during use?
A: The reason is that we have designed a blocking function. If the ball is knotted during winding, it will be pulled for 5 seconds. If it is pulled and not untied, it will stop working, so as not to affect the previously wound ball. In addition, the ball cannot be wound more than 10 ounces. The product cannot afford it.

Very frustrating. This winder kept getting the yarn tangled & kept stopping because the spring is too flimsy. It doesn’t hold the yarn to keep it from jumping off. Also you can’t adjust the speed enough, it’s just low (which is still too fast for the cheap spring) or max. Luckily I was able to get a refund

Very easy set up and use, but the winder turns off every 3 rotations around. It will not stay on continuously even if there is nothing wrong

I did NOT expect to have to unwind the yarn from the skein, to have to sit there by the winder to constantly keep it from tangling or yarn coming or the spool. Yarn ball made is not as tight as I thought it would be. Im very disappointed

I have own multiple winders. I own a yarn business. This has to be the worst winder ever. The electric version. The motor absolutely has no power to it. You cannot wind off a swift with it. You cannot even wind a ball into a cake with it there just isn’t any power. In the process of returning. If I could give zero stars I would.

This yarn winder only wines about a half a seat of yarn and shuts off. If you can even turn it on in the first place. I had to let it sit for an hour, and then it started working again and then shut off again after a few spins. Too expensive for it to operate like this. I’ve returned it and I’m going back to the manual.

I got this to help me as I have issues using the manual one and this was supposed to help save the arm pain from hours of cranking. I love that the cakes are larger, but you're still having to sit and babysit the yarn as it tangles badly because of how it pulls the yarn through. The tension is horrible and my cakes are so loose that they fall apart. It struggles to wind the yarn. Not sure if mine was defective but it's definitely not a good deal. I can wind faster by hand.

It has no power. Even if using a lightweight yarn even if it has been previously caked, the thing will bog down and turn off at the slightest tension. Not a good product, don’t buy it.The only reason the star count is so high is because think is because this review section appears to be shared with the hand powered winder. I have no experience with that one.
