I bought my mom an HJDFGSS Under Desk Elliptical Machine, but it slipped further away from her chair with each rotaion of the pedals. I thought having carpet would eliminate the need for a mat. WRONG! I decided to purchase the Ellipse Machine Non-Slip Mat to see if it would help. At first I was disappointed, as it didn't seem to help at all. Machine was still slipping all over the place. However, I decided to flip it over so that the slicker side kissed the carpet and it worked great! I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because, personally, I don't understand why both sides are not anti-slip. Just seems more logical to me. It fits the Elliptical, but a slightly larger size would make it easier for my mom to place the machine on it.... again, personal preference. Otherwise it's GREAT!

This mat was purchased to keep the elliptical exerciser from sliding away when in use. One side of the mat has silicone on it and the other side is a smooth surface. If you put the silicone side to the floor the exerciser slides off the mat if you turn it over the mat and the exerciser slides away.To make it work I placed the silicone side to the floor and taped the exerciser to the mat to hold it still.The non slip silicone should have been put on both sides of the matI would not recommend this mat to eliminate a sliding problem
