This is the second shower system we have bought for our homes. It was easy to install. The instructions are a bit lacking with these so if you have not installed these before I highly recommend watching a few install videos on YouTube. I think the majority of these come with water pressure restriction devices. You should check any fitting, connection you can to check for these or you will have absolutely zero water pressure. The labels on the dials are hard to read as they are in light grey on a chrome handle. It gets confusing which dial needs to be turned in what direction to get the right water outlet spraying. The only simple one to use is the on/off temp knob. Other than those issues it works very well and has great water pressure. Knowing how they work from previous experience with them, I would not hesitate to purchase another one.

Pros:Great water pressure.Versitile settingsTemperature thermometerCons:Detached shower nozzle stopped working in under a year.Deatached sharp spray nozzle thumb tab broke off. It's made of cheap plastic and can't handle continuous use.Leakage! The interior fittings of this unit are of poor quality.Overall, looks great, but poor quality in the end. It's time for me to replace mine with another brand.

The shower panned tower is a perfect addition to any bathroom . The only bad thing is that the hand spray are cracked and the water is coming out of the handle of the sprayer. I will attempt to call the company and find out what can you do.

Hand held (metal) shower head is leaking from push lever4. can't turn on just lower water spout - top shower head is always onreturning this and ordering other one- maybe better luck

It is brand new, but We are in love with it! The hose makes it so easy to clean my soaker tub. The lights work well so far...motion activated. The jets, shower fall, water held shower, and faucet functions all easily switch over. Very nice addition to my remodeled bathroom.

Fancy and the timer is great for kids, the temp control is great for the young ones, the lights etc work off water pressure/power, I just can't wait to use it in my new shower. Looks totally worth the money. It's not installed yet, contractors are working on that but I can't wait to try it out.

I was very excited to receive my shower panel. I had an old panel already installed. It means that there was no need to prepare the pipes in the wall. The pros are is a beautiful panel with many features and good capacity of handling water pressure. Is nice because on the head of the shower it has a cover so the hoses won’t be exposed. The cons are.. is very difficult to install because it has a cover underneath and you cannot place your hand in there to help with the installation. Another thing is that the jets doesn’t work with the shower at the same time as it appears on the picture. Also it does produce a noise when in use. I used a professional installer that is specialized in shower panels and he had a very hard time I stalling it. He told me that is not an easy install item. He also cut his fingers with the back side of the panel. I suggest that the panel should be modified so the back plates can be removed for different measures of installations. And to work on the factory so it won’t be noisy.
