Your cart is empty. The NP-05 are plastic nippers, their compact size (and tapered/slender head) makes them ideal for use in restricted spaces and with small parts in general. The NP-05 have very sharp and durable high carbon steel jaws. Their design makes them ideal for removing sprue and clean cutting and trimming various plastic injection moulded pin point gates (they cut plastic gates up to 3.0mm diameter). These cutters can also be used to cut light gauge copper wire (up to 2.0mm diameter). These cutters are equipped an opening angle side stopper and have spring loaded comfort grip handles.

Quality precision Cutters. Appears to be well made and should work in replacing a razor blade.

When the Japanese set out to make something, quality really does seem to be the priority. They build up to a standard rather than down to a price. I'm an engineer/machinist and a huge tool nerd and a can honestly say these are nothing short of beautiful! The fit and finish is flawless! The jaws are truly sharp and the edges meet perfectly. Very clean cut on plastics and they're perfect for cutting off the excess on zip ties as they don't leave any jagged bits of plastic behind. They're fine for copper too but not really their intended purpose. Perfect for model makers. The blocky over moulded handles are surprisingly comfortable and the machining is absolutely perfect! Every single edge has been chamfered so as not to be sharp but the bevels are so incredibly fine, you almost can't see them with the naked eye! You can however feel them. Frankly, I'm at a loss as to how they make any profit at these prices!! World class stuff! I'll be going to this brand for all my small pliers. Engineer is the manufacturer responsible for Vamplier products which are equally well made. Beautiful!!

These are very well made and not like the usual junk you find on Amazon lately. I have used these past what they recommended and they performed flawlessly. I would highly recommend these for any job, especially 3d printing.

Decent flush cutters. My only concern is the spring. It looks like it was stretched and then fit in to the handles. (deformed looking)

I prodotti di questa marca sono molto particolari, funzionali ed efficienti, ed è per questo che valgono i soldi spesi. Possiedo altri attrezzi di questo marchio, ottima qualità e funzionano bene.

Works perfect, cuts dead flush zip ties and leaves a smooth surface finish. No more cuts from vehicle zip ties lefts over from dykes or regular cutters. Cutters are very sharp and close together perfectly. Grips have a decent texture it’s more comfortable than grippy. I’d be curious to see how it performs in a oil environment, that may be the only draw back as far as it remaining grip positive once it has some oil on it.

Originally, I left a 4 star review because I was so impressed with these nippers when I first got them. But after around 1 year of very light office use, using them only on soft TPU filament, The blades are even still sharp because I have not abused them... but the rivet has started coming loose and the grips are sliding off the handles. After a year they are starting to feel cheap. After contacting Engineer, I was informed there is no warranty on their hand tools. For the price, I would expect EITHER more durability or a warranty. But no offer of help from the Amazon seller or from the manufacturer. Stick with klein tools from now on.My original review:These work great on plastics, and are made really nicely. I wish the grip had more shoulder near the snips, it's easy for your hand to slip sometimes.
