I got these to help size a too-big helmet for my son. The stock pads in the helmet were thin and really pathetic. These are awesome. Thick. Soft. Easily attaches to velcro. The supplied velcro tape is extremely sticky and secures well to the inside of the helmet. This kit made it very comfortable to wear. The face shield is flexible thin piece of plexiglass. I doubt its ability to withstand a direct hit from a high fps airsoft. I havent tested it--but please do before you wear. I didnt need the shield however. The pads were great! A+

These pads were great for providing a more snug fit for my helmet. I was able to fit them all in to my helmet for a much more comfortable ride. Good variety of sizes, easy to install the velcro stickers, and the pads stay in place very well on the velcro.
