so far so good, was a little deceiving at first. didn't fit like the old one it seemed a little deeper in the channel and stuck out a bit more. It didnt sit flush but once ALL the bolts were torqued to spec and sealed up nicely. make sure to read up where to and not to add RTV or bonding agent then wait24 hours before starting.

I too received d two right side gaskets. I’m certain the two guys who said otherwise did probably receive the correct ones, but they are wrong saying the guy had to rotate it to fit. These can’t go on the wrong side. They are inverted. They simply will not work in the wrong location. You can see from my photos the wrong gasket trying to fit the left side. Right side went on perfect. Fit like a glove.You can see aligned to the old gaskets the one it matched came off the right side. The two “dips” angle down on both. On the one from the left side they are inverted. And no you can’t rotate them or flip them. There are other curves that will then not like up. Being mirror images. It’s clear this was two right side gaskets. I wouldn’t order from this seller. Just buy these gaskets at your local auto parts store. I hope I can get some sort of refund since it’s passed my return window. It took a while to get around to installing them on my daughter’s first car.

I was a little worried purchasing these gaskets as one of the reviews on here said they did not fit, however if you look closely, that reviewer did not apply the gasket properly to the valve cover. It's clear in their video if they had rotated the gasket, it would have fit. Keep in mind, there are two gaskets in this set, one for each valve cover and each gasket is differently shaped. Just be sure to align them correctly.I purchased these and I was so glad to see the gaskets were a perfect fit! Everything in the kit fit perfectly and so far everything has been dry and without any leaks. Very pleased with the fit and result. Buy with confidence, if you know what you are doing and you verified your year, make and model, this is a perfect replacement for your Subaru XV Crosstrek with the FB20 Motor.

It was a precise fit on my 2011 Forester. Came with two types of spark plug tube seals (I guess there are variants that require different spark plug tube seals). Been installed about 3 weeks now with no leaks and also no more misfire codes from oil seeping into spark plug well.

I like the product. Fit like a dream, spark plug tube seals went right in with ease. Only downside to the job was the permatex on the convex portions of the cylinder head casting were a pain to scrape off. No more leaks though. Would highly recommend.
