Fits great. I’m a small person, this swim belt is adjustable to fit my size. I love hanging out at the end of the pool and “running in place” with the belt keeping me afloat while I get a great workout!

Wanted this to aid in pool running. It does help hold me up and in place while moving but as soon as you stop you will sink. I would have liked it to hold afloat while no movement for when I get tired. We tested on several people and it sort can hold 60 lb child. As mentions it’s an aid, but again you will sink if you stop moving.
