These are excellent quality chairs. I ordered 52 of them for church. They arrived without the backs, but the company made sure we got them within a week. A bit aggravating, especially as the person I spoke with was very unclear on how long it would take for them to arrive, but they made it right quickly. You do have to put the book racks and seat backs on, but it wasn't difficult to do. Free prime shipping made this the best price for church pew chairs that we could find anywhere. They are really comfortable, and appear to be very solidly made.

Like most folks as I've aged, I run into nerve issues from sitting on a hard chair surface. Our older family kitchen chairs are the farm style oak that was popular in the 70's and 80's, but I just can't sit in one anymore without discomfort. Figured the "church" style chair would be better, and the price was right so I ordered one. Very comfortable, and super sturdy. It is about an inch and a half lower than our regular chairs after the cushion compresses but I still love it.

Chair is missing necessary parts to put the thing together.• The back rest requires six screws to correctly mount it. It only came with five. The missing screw means I can't properly mount the back seat which I'd like to be flush for safety reasons.• The back rest doesn't have hole guides for the screws. When you insert the screws you have to basically guess where they should go and there's no actual hole inside to verify you're doing it right. You have to start screwing and you hear this "crackle" of the plywood splitting which lets you know it's screwing in. Was genuinely concerned I broke something.• The bottom frame included as the book holder isn't usable because they didn't ship any screws for it. I now have to eyeball the frame and hope I can find an equivalent at a hardware store if I want to ever attach it.• One thing that's really concerning is this jagged piece of metal jutting off the side. The bottom has this two clips which are screwed into the frame but one is sticking out crooked. It wasn't put in correctly. I now have this jagged piece of metal sticking out for my leg to catch on if I'm not careful. That or I have to hammer it in which I'm afraid would just break the chair and void the warranty.This was honestly a really frustrating experience. I included pictures to verify.

This is a great chair if you need a heavy duty chair for the dining room, office, or as a fitness chair. I am happy with the size of the seat and cushioning. The color gray is very tasteful and works with my decor. The bad part is there was NO hardware (screws) included to assemble the chair. I live in the States, so I found the screws I needed at Home Depot. These are the type of screws you will need to assemble this chair:TO ATTACH THE BACK OF THE SEAT: 6 Woodscrews SIZE #10 Length 1 1/2 inchTO ATTACH THE RACK UNDERNEATH: 4 screws SIZE: 1/4 20 Length 1/2 inchOnce I purchased the proper screws, I was able to assemble the chair in about 20 minutes. I am very happy with the chair. It's comfortable and will serve great as my fitness chair and extra seating for guests. I was just not happy that the hardware was not included for assembly and that I had to figure out the sizes on my own and purchase the hardware. I hope this helps someone find the right hardware so they can assemble their new chair. I took a picture of my newly assembled chair. (Kitten is not included lol)

I bought this chair for a small desk that I also found here on Amazon. Gonna be right up front . . . . ALL the reviews of this products are true. Chair came partially assembled. Only thing needed was to attached the back and the book shelf underneath. Holes were NOT drilled for the back. I did NOT receive all the screws necessary to assemble the chair. I didn't have tools to get this done, but it only took my brother-in-law about 5 minutes to match a screw and assemble the chair. You are taking your chances when you buy this chair, so if you are not a do-it-yourself person or have access to someone who is, you may want to pass. This single chair shipped in one big box and arrived intact. The cushion is very firm and thick, but it's not uncomfortable. This chair is the same height as my small dining room chairs, which for me are a perfect height, and is also a perfect height for the desk. I saw in some reviews that was an issue for some buyers. I gave the chair 5 stars. I like it, and d seems very sturdy. For $52, I don't think you can beat the price. If you purchase this chair, just be ready to deal with the assembly issues . . . .(i.e. not enough screws and no pre-drilled holes.)

When you are a fat person, you are constantly looking for well made, sturdy furniture. I am redoing my office area at home and wanted a chair without arms so I can sit in a number of different positions throughout the day, this chair caught my eye. It claims to hold up to 800 lbs, thankfully I am not that fat! I will say the only thing I do not 100% love is that the 4 inches of foam seat is stiff. The chair is super comfortable and again, allows me to adjust how I am sitting throughout the day, which is important to me. It is cheaper than alot of office chairs, but it is definitely worth more than I paid. I will be buying more to complete my office area with as they are really good chairs, so far.

I like this chair. It seems very sturdy and durable. When the chair arrived, it was packed well to keep it from getting damaged in transit. The only problem I ran into was that not all of the hardware arrived. Six screws were missing. Before you dismiss this product and my review, just wait. I was disappointed, but I didn’t give up. I contacted Amazon who then referred me to the manufacturer. I spoke to a company representative and provided a little information, and just a couple of days later received the missing screws. This is a good product and I’ll buy another if I ever need it.
