Solid, dependable system. This brand is used in many buildings at a local university. Packing was good. No damage. Shipped through Amazon. Base on resin tank was a bit off center but easily recentered. Instead of PECs connections this time, I used SS female to female 24" flex lines from the box store. Went on easy. No problems. Pay attention and don't try to over tighten the fittings. Directions with the softener unit were excellent. Follow them and it's a breeze.

Purchased for new home with 2 bathrooms and works absolutely great! Installation took a bit of time, but could be found on YouTube when questions arose. Very pleased with purchase and would definitely recommend.

I researched a lot of sites and watched many videos. This is all it's reviewed to be. Easy install and programming. I accidentally got into another menu so I called support. Knowledgeable, friendly support based in the USA! I also called later as I wasn't getting the softness below 5 gpg. Support again walked me through diagnosing the issue. I had the bypass knob in the wrong direction. I'm picky about products and don't give great reviews because it was timely. I highly recommend this softener from this seller.

I'm very happy with this softener. I've had a Fleck system before. This was easy to install. The tank was taller than my last unit so I used a flex hose. It was preconfigured and only a minimal amount of assembly and programming was necessary.

I've bought several Flek products from another supplier so I knew what I was getting. The price here was about the same but shipping was a lot less. So I gave them a try. Couldn't be happier. quick shipping, the product works as advertised and the instructions were clear. If you aren't comfortable with plumbing... you might want to hire a plumber. This is top of the line equipment. I prefer Flek over other brands because of the ease of servicing and reliability. This comes with a 1' yoke so you'll need reducers to plumb into a 3/4" system or buy a 3/4" yoke.

Installation was straight forward. After installing the unit, my water quality is still terrible. The metering bought indicated my water is at 180ppm. I tested water from a bottle of dasanineater and it tested at 25 ppm

Saw lots of great reviews, so I went for it. The Fleck 5600 sxt system installed easily and was pretty easy to program. You have to get your own flex lines and 1/2" drain tubing, but otherwise everything was included. I've had it for a month and it's working great so far. It was half the price of paying a company to install the water loop and provide the softener. I hired a plumber to run the loop and I did the rest of the installation (with this system I bought on Amazon). Loving the soft water!
