This license plate frame does the intended job and looks good. I have had one for many years on my truck and it still looks like new, even after being in the outdoors continuously. The plate fits well and four mounting points makes it secure. A little protection from bumping into a sign pole in the parking lot or another car.

I've used this for years on vehicles I park in NYC. I feel like it helps to prevent some of the dings and scratches you would typically see on vehicles parked in queens and brooklyn.

I think the "FlexyFrame" is better than "Bump-Shocks" because it has a cleaner look and a lower price-point and works just as well. That's pretty much all there is to say. By design, it accommodates North-American license plates. You slide the license plate into the rubber frame and then screw it all onto your car using the two top screws in the plate. You can also snip off the lower two rubber pegs if you want to use all 4 screws in your license plate. It's easy to install, and parking in NYC, it has helped me avoid scuffing up people's bumpers, and my own.

Much heavier than I expected. Will probably do some good to prevent direct contact with bumper, if impact is centered in the middle.I was surprised how heavy the item is, and am wondering if the existing screws on OEM license plate holder bracket would be able to support this item, on a continual basis, without being torn off, especially during an off-centered impact. The license plate holder bracket (an H bracket) is only attached to the bumper cover by two smallish screws, and were not designed to support so much free-hanging weight, only the weight of a light license plate and plastic frame.I feel the need to provide some support to the bracket to prevent perforation of the screws through the bumper cover--or at least put some washers to spread the load--maybe I should add some tape to secure the bracket or the frame to the bumper, to relieve the strain on the two little screws.Think I will use some helicopter tape, which I had bought to protect other areas of my bumper, and tape over the bracket screws to strengthen and support, or use some gorilla or duct tape and form an X pattern. The OEM bracket is designed to only hold a license plate, and this Flexyframe is an off-purpose adaptive use.

I wish I knew about this product sooner. It is heavy duty and does a great job of keeping other bumpers off of your own. I have this on the front of my car and park with less worry about my neighbors with terrible parking skill. I wish I could put one of these on my rear plate but I have a hatch mounted plate and it wouldn't protect the rear like it does the front of my car. This bumper guard is a bit heavy so I had to reinforce my bumper mount with another plate mount behind my plate but everything fits up nicely and is securely attached. I've been through a number of car washes and my plate doesn't get as clean as it used to because of the deep recess but everything stays intact.

I put this on the front of my ML350 and it looks great and does the job.Not only will it protect my plate but will actually protect my front bumper from those annoying parking taps. One tip: This is comes as a 2 screw installation but make sure to cut out the two small stubs at the bottom for a 4 screw installation this way it wont rattle, It's designed for 2 or 4 screw. Installs in minutes. Then go to the hardware store and get Stainless Steel pan head screws and you're set. Don't complain they don't give you screws and even if they did, they most likely would not be stainless steelI rubbed some rubber dressing on it and it actually looks great. I was worried it might be too bulky but it's not. I love it
