The building instructions and pictures are almost incomprehensible, wrong size parts so I can't complete it. Cost is way too high for the material

Product assembles easily. Instructions could be clearer but use he picture on Amazon with the instructions and works well. Good quality and sturdy. Attractive appearance.

So, the shelving ordered was a 75 cm width.The bars that separate the sides are 75 cm long.The back and shelves are 70 cm long.There must be a 70 cm version of these shelves and the parts got mixed.The package looked like it had been repackaged, so maybe that's when the mixup occurred.The back peace was dented, but easily hammered back straight.I omitted the crossbars and assembled without them.The directions are quite poor but assembly is not that complicated.I recommend not purchasing this item as the quality control seems non existent and the box is unwieldy to cart somewhere to send it back.

Instructions were for a different model and also not well written at all. A bolt/nut combo was missing, the backplate came in bent, and the provided hooks don’t fit the grid at all. BUT really nice shelf regardless once I got everything in place and fixed it with some trips to the hardware store.

Delivery was a month earlier than the original promised date, which was great. However, one of the parts was damaged. Despite that, we were still able to assemble it easily. We contacted the company about the damaged part and they promised to replace it. True to their word, they delivered two replacement panels within the promised timeframe. The hutch itself is very sturdy and well-made. We were pleasantly surprised to find that several accessories were included. These accessories can be used with the peg board backing and add to the charm of the hutch.

It came well packaged, easy to put together despite the instructions in Chinese the numbers were simple to follow, came with magnets and hooks.
