Installed another name brand unit. It came with the unneeded rear window defrost button. Yeah I know block out tab, but I didn't like the look. Also, the temperature knob feels smooth when turning, like OEM. Good purchase, FYI if you can always go for OEM even if it cost much more. Doing a hard job twice isn't with the trouble. The new trick is putting the item in an OEM box, look out for that slight of hand.

Cheap cheap cheap. Don't buy any of these things on Amazon. I've tried 3 different brands and they're all so cheap that at night you can see right through the plastic with the lights on

The controller looks just like factory, works and feels like what the factory part did only it is one quarter of the price, glad I found this
