The Amazon listing gives you all the specs and assorted other information so, I will try to just give my impressions of the rifle.InstructionsThe rifle comes with a very good owner’s manual that explains the features of the rifle, setup and maintenance. I found it very helpful for understanding how to mount the scope; use the rifle, etc. but, admittedly, I learned the same information from YouTube reviews.ScopeIt comes with a decent scope that I was easily able to mount following the instructions and sighted it in at about 20 yards. This worked well as I consistently hit my targets in the 10 - 20 yard range but wasn’t as effective as I would like at 30 - 50 yards. The factory scope did not have mil-dot markings so, after a few hundred pellets, I decided to replace it with one that did. This is not a necessary upgrade for everyone (you must decide for yourself) but my aging eyes need all the help they can get.I read the Amazon reviews, looked at YouTube videos and chose:1. a UTG 3-9X32 1" BugBuster Scope, AO, RGB Mil-dot, QD Rings2. I replaced the UTG’s rings with 2 NcSTAR NC Star RAH24, 30mm Adjustable Height Rings once I saw that I needed to elevate the rear of the scope higher than the front.3. I also replaced the mounting rail with the UTG Leapers MNT-PMTOWL-A Inc, Dovetail to Picatinny Adaptor MountAfter getting all of this attached to the rifle and setup, the mil-dot markings helped me better compensate for “pellet drop” out to 50 yards and more successfully hit my targets. Again, this is no reflection on the GAMO airgun but on the user.MagazinesThe rifle comes with one (c’mon GAMO) rotary magazine that holds ten pellets so, I also bought three additional ones to reduce reload time. You pop in a magazine, pump the rifle once and take a shot. After that, it’s “one pump, one shot” until the magazine is empty. Now I feel like buying a few more since having multiple magazines is useful for trying out different types of pellets and comparing their performance. The reviews I read said to try different pellets and see what your rifle “likes”. My rifle “liked” pretty much whatever I loaded since it fed and shot everything. However, my magazines did NOT like the Crossman pellets I picked up at Walmart. The gun shot them fine but it was often a bear getting them to load in the magazine.PowerThis thing packs a punch. I setup a self-healing, rubbery, spinning target at 20 then 30 yards and emptied multiple magazines at it.At times, I thought I was missing the target since it did not spun around but I would hear something rustle in the trees above or behind me after each shot. Eventually, I noticed misshapen pellets on the ground near my shooting position and finally figured out that the pellets WERE hitting the target then bouncing all the way back to where I was seated or beyond. Fortunately, I always wear eye-protection!I moved that target out to 50 yards where I haven’t noticed the issue anymore. Be aware that pellets may ricochet so, be mindful of your surroundings. At 50 yards, a single pellet is capable of putting down a squirrel.AccuracyThe rifle is as accurate as you are. Meaning: set it up properly; learn the artillery hold; control your breathing, use good ammo and it will do its job.I used Splatterburst targets (reviewed separately) at 10 and 20 yards and was very pleased with them since they give instant feed back on your shot placement. I also setup piles of 3 pine cones, stacked in a triangle at 30 - 50 yards, and was able to consistently hit them (not to mention an assortment of cans, water bottles and gallon jugs at various distances.)ConclusionI like this rifle and consider it far superior to the .177 BB multi-pump rifle it replaced. The only thing that could make it better is if you did not have to pump it after each shot — but then it would be a PCP.

This is my first air rifle but its friggin awesome!!!!!!!!!!Everything came well packaged and new. Very sturdy and feels high quality craftsmanship.10x magazine has worked flawlessly throughout my first 100 rounds, i just ordered a 2nd mag, never worried about dry firing the counter is accurate and easy to see. Of course you still have to break the barrel in between shots but it saves you all the loading time for quick repeat shots. Even if you fail to break the barrel all the way and load the pellet, you can just take out the magazine and re do it so you dont load two. So nice that you can use the magazine or do it the old fashioned way.Scope was easy to attach and i got it roughly sighted in about 20 shots, did it sloppily and standing not rested and i still hit 2 out of 3 1" bullseye at 20 yards. If you dont know which way to turn the clicks just look on the knobs, the manual is ambiguous but the knobs dont lie. Dont know why ppl criticize the scope so much it works great and i hit where i want to hit. This thing is powerful, didnt know it was gonna punch a hole through my 1 ft foam boxAND clear through the 5/8" wooden fence at 20 yards. The pointed gamo .22 cal 16gr did this the gamo rockets just get embedded deep.Only semi complaint is that breaking the barrel is a workout. Im young and 140 lbs i did 30 shots and i was tired, could prob go for 50 more max. I hold it with my elbow and pull it down 2 handed cuz 1 handed is not worth the strain. But i guess thats the price of power.Sounds like a loud air compressor burst, i havent got any complaints from the neighbors yet, although they probably will get suspicious if they hear that followed by a high powered plink. You cant really hide the sound, i dunno maybe if you shoot indoors to outdoors. Probably will just take it to a range, i know i wouldnt feel comfortable with my kids running around if i heard this goin on next door. And this thing definitely is dangerous. Was definitely worth the money, gamo all the waaay!
