Can’t get it to work with Alexa But says it does

It does connected to my smart lock and let me control it with the app from far. But I bought it so I could control my lock from the Alexa app and I haven't been able to connect it to Alexa. I have other devices on the Tuya App that the Alexa App did recognize but the lock doesn't.
