After many, many years of playing, I finally decided to get my first pedalboard and I must say, after a bit of research I found my near perfect match. Solidly built and will last years, cool colours and easy to get your pedals on. The case is very solid too, with a hard top so your pedals won’t be adjusted or damaged. Some extra space inside to hold cables too, worth the heftier prices. Some minor nitpicks, the power bank holder isn’t as good for holding my bank and the lead comes in the side so the screws clash a little and I have to angle it slightly to suit. The slots won’t accommodate thicker, more robust patch cables so you’ll need thinner ones, or ideally the Ernie Ball Ribbon patch cables which work a dream. Also watch the prices as it’s had a £45 drop on the large sized orange board, since I bought it which is annoying but at £120 at time of writing, it’s well worth it. This is perhaps the ideal first pedalboard, because it will be the last. :)

Purchased to build a small board centered around an HX stomp.Works great, good cable management space underneath, and the power supply mount is great! Fits my Truetone CS6 perfectly with access to all ports.I was able to fit 5 standard sized pedals, plus an Ampero dual momentary switch on the board, though it required a lot of planning and a good deal of time doing cable management.

Gator Extra Large Pedalboard with Bag - 32"x17" (Black) is the finest quality platform on which to mount guitar pedals available. I give it 5 stars for its durability. I was easily able to fit large pedals and still have room to add more. It’s not light, so you might want to get help moving it. The bag is great that comes with it, but carrying it on your shoulder is only going to be for short distances. You need a cart. The holes that are there are not wide, so it was nice for hiding cables. It can be a challenge to logistically place stomp boxes where they need to be stomped on. They provide some Velcro, but I bought more and covered the board. If I would have the manufacturer change anything, I would make at least every other angled hole on the bottom row of angled holes slightly wider (which are 1/2” wide and a little over 2” long) so it allows a little more flexibility for pedal placement, but that in no way compromises the absolutely useful device. It is a great value. I look forward to using this pedal for many years.

This pedal board is built very well and makes it very easy to take your gear anywhere. Light and compact, it is perfect for specific guitar/pedal combinations. I was able to mount the pedals easily and attach a power supply/surge protector underneath for a clean, compact go-to board. Plug and play! The case has a zippered pocket in the top for cables and extra gear and is very sturdy as well. As I mentioned, specific setup, several of these that have the board combos you need for different guitars is better than hauling a HUGE board and having that big footprint on the floor. I also modified mine with a pair of aluminum D handles on the ends of the board. Super easy to pick the board up and they also add extra protection for any weight placed on top of the case. The short story, an excellent investment for your expensive gear.

+Pretty good board. Looks and feels premium. Beefy and well made. Pretty heavy and large. More than what I need but I got mine on sale and like having room for larger power supplies and vfx boards. I like that its chunky and made in the USA. Not very will finished though. There are a lot of rough edges that could have used some more sanding.-The case leaves a lot to be desired. It’s not padded at all on the large side where the bottom of the board rests. Dumb design especially from Gator. No protection for expensive power supplies underneath the board. Also makes the board bang on other hard objects outside the case. Why Gator?-Power supply power cable access is tricky with the placement of the mount and the slanted holes on the top of the board. It’s just barely tall enough for larger supplies and plugging them into the wall can be awkward. I’d have liked to see larger top holes for power. The power supply mounting bolts also will limit the width and types of supplies you can use. I may cut them off and use zipties as they are mostly in the way.

I absolutely love this thing. Got it on Amazon.ca for under 100$ from a local vendor. Got lucky! I like that it has pre-installed brackets for my Voodoo Lab Pedal Power 2+. 5 star because it looks great and IS great.

The Gator GPB-LAK-1 Pedal Board is a nice simple heavy duty aluminum mountingarea for your stomp boxes and includes a power supply bracket on the underside. Ihave easily installed, with the included Velcro, four 2-1/2" wide pedals without aproblem. If you had one more mini pedal you could easily install another pedal on theboard.-- Pedal Board Stats ----------------------------------------------------------------> Aluminum Thickness: 1/4 inch> Total Footprint Width: 15-1/2 inches> Total Footprint Depth: 8-1/4 inches> Pedal Surface Area Depth: 7-1/2 inches> Front Height: 1-1/2 inches> Rear Height: 3 inches> Rear Access Opening: 1-1/4 inch diameter> Power Supply Bracket Size: 6-1/2 in (L) x 2 in (H) x 3-1/2 in (W)> Board Weight, w/o pedals: 3.5 pounds [Manufacturer pub. board wt. = 5 lbs.]> Board Weight w/ 4 pedals (2-1/2 in. x 4-1/2 in.): 5.88 poundsThe pedal board has a nice rake on it so accessing the buttons on your pedals is easy. There are plenty of access holes for running your connectors and power lines. Also avery nice mount under the board for a power box if you so choose. The Gator comes with plenty of 1-1/2 inch wide Velcro and it work very well keeping thepedals on the board. I've had no problems with any pedals dislodging or moving onaround even one millimeter. You need to remember that the connecting cables between the boxes will take up someroom. My equalizer has the power outlet on the side of the box. Most box power outletsseem to be on the top end of the pedal. So, plan carefully by first doing a mock up withall your connectors and power cables installed before you finally Velcro them down. The padded case is well made with 2 heavy zippers on the top. There is a zipperedmesh compartment inside the lid to hold extra equipment. I am able to easily place a 10foot connecting cable in the bag with the board and pedals installed. Whether it wouldwithstand a world tour I can not comment on. I would not call it 'Heavy Duty', but it mayhold up under concert conditions. The board is definitely long term durable. The pedal board case has a 1-1/2 inch wide padded handle as well as a shoulder strapwith a shoulder pad. The bag has two plastic feet, each 2 inch by 3 inch, on the "bottomside" so you can store your bag upright like a suitcase.Overall, a nice pedal board and case and I give it a 5 Star recommendation. They willhold up for multiple gigs and make it easier for you to share your music as you hear it.
