A1：The main reason is that there is dust on the charging connector and the charging port. Please clean them with the cotton swab dipped in alcohol. NOTICE: Both sides of the connector need cleaning. And please try again if the problem isn't solved.
Q2：Your phone keep showing ’This accessory may not be supported.‘ when you plugged the battery case?
A2：Please use an Apple-certified cable when charging your battery case or it may show the accessory is not compatible with the phone. (The original cable must be the best.)
IMPORTANT NOTE:
This battery case is not totally waterproof so that please keep it in a dry environment. If the battery case is wet in an accident please do not use it until it dries out.

Bought this case for my teenage son who is always needing to charge his phone. The case is slim, fits his iPhone 12 Pro Max like a glove. The extra battery attached is heaven sent. No more phone dying, searching for a charger so it makes it worry free for a mom to always get in touch with him. The cost is much cheaper than some of the other battery cases we found. I would highly recommend this!!

I bought the red cover for a vacation knowing that I would be taking a lot of photos and my iPhone would not hold a charge that long. It worked great. My only complaints are that he the red seems to hold on to dirt so it got dirty quickly. Also, it will not charge in any other way other than connecting the cable - ie no wireless charging or using apple's lay upon charge pads so you need to keep your cables and wall plugs. But, other than that, it does the job and after 3 months I have had no issues other than picking up dirt on the case. I bought one for my aunt and she loved it as well.

I bought this case charger because I usually forget to bring a charger with me. Overall, I think the case is really nice, feels great in my hands, and seems durable. I was able to charge my phone 100%, but I would recommend not touching your phone until the charge is complete. If you use the charger and use your phone at the same time, it tends to get a little hot. Other than that, you should be able to get a full charge from this charger. I have the iPhone 12 and it fits perfectly.Pros: The case is durable, looks nice, and comes with a screen protector.Cons: The case does not fully protect the camera lens, but protects the whole phone perfectly.
