New Power Supply Method
This dash cam charger gets power from the auto-dimming rearview mirror to power the dashcam, mirror camera, GPS, radar, electronic dongle, phone charger station with wireless charging and so on. Plug and play, perfectly hidden behind the rearview mirror camera. Note: You must have an auto-dimming mirror, otherwise the adapter cannot be installed.
Dual USB Charging Adapter
We provide two USB charging adapters, each outputs 5V2A max, micro/mini/type-c usb charger cable are also included. Please note: the current of a single device is best not to exceed 2A (the current of the dashcam/GPS is about 0.6A), you can unplug one for spare if you only need to use a single USB.
Compatible with USB Devices
The dash cam charging adapter compatible with powering Garmin GPS, dashcam, rear view mirror camera and other USB devices. (Excluding 12VDC barrel jack plug and devices that need to provide 12V through RJ11)

Works exactly as described. Only issue I have is when the vehicle is shut off, this shuts the dash-cam off immediately. I wish it had constant power as well so the camera can shut down when it is scheduled to shut down or kept in parking mode for impact.

Exactly a solution I was looking for to avoid splicing wires myself. My car is 2019 Grand Cherokee with ADAS (lane sense camera and adaptive cruise radar). It takes 10 seconds to remove plastic covers to access mirror power plug (pictures attached). The rest of the time spent fitting Naponal power adapter and wires around ADAS camera and under plastic cover (when it replaced back). So now only a USB cable sticks out of the cover straight into my dash-cam.Note to manufacturer: 1 star off because IMHO it is not perfect. There are much more compact options to attach USB cable to buck drop-down voltage converter. Since you are already including all the USB cables (Mini, Micro and C) instead of bulky type-A on the other end to attach it to adapter you could have used much more compact 2-pin JST-XH. Modern day buck converters are much smaller then USB Type A connector itself.
