Nothing compares to this heater hose. It’s thicker than any other brand and holds up very well. If you bend it in a tighter radius it doesn’t fold over and kink like most thin hose.

I bought the heavier Gates heater hose to replace all of the hose on a tractor that starter to leak. The walls are thicker which made it a little tougher to work with in the tight areas but it should last significantly longer. The hose is definitely high quality and was worth the extra money.

wonderful that high quality hose is still available. my box marked made in Mexico. I needed 35' for particularly long coolant lines so nice to find in bulk quantity like this. was quite supple and flexible at room temp, I was expecting stiffer but enjoyed the flexibility. be advised, even though it's 90 psi rated, the molded in reinforcing cording is quite challenging to cut, be careful with that knife, slow careful sawing cord by cord gets the job done.
