This ZHENGTU Groin Protector Cup is easy to put on and take off. It provides enough leg mobility to move around and kick without creating discomfort. Most importantly it’s effective in protecting against impact.

This is not proportioned properly and doesnt offer any adjustment for better fit... the insert is small no mater that you order based on adult pant size... not my favorite.

I really do not like wearing this protector. I ordered the large, which is supposed to fit my pant size, and the band is large enough that it sits above my hips around my abdomen, while the straps are loose around my legs. I'm not a scrawny guy - this should not fit this way. The cup itself feels small, like an adolescent cup. At least the cup comes out so it can be cleaned.

I use this for MMA and BJJ training, and it’s fantastic. Great protection, unrestricted movement, and I barely notice it’s there. Highly recommend it to any athlete!

The silicone cushioning makes it much more comfortable. It doesn’t dig in, and I can move freely without any restrictions.
