My product had some mis-cut wood pieces which prohibited the ramp from being installed properly, I wrote the company requesting new ramp pieces and they IMMEDIATELY shipped me a complete, brand new set! Not only was the shipping expedited, but they remained in contact with me via email to update me along the way. Fantastic customer service - Oh, and my guinea pigs LOVE it!

It’s large and sturdy. The screw didn’t screw all the way with the provided screw driver but it’s not a big deal. Guinea pigs love it.

My guinea pigs love this house. Easy to install my 9 yr old put it together. It’s simple to break down and easy to store.

It was very easy to build. Our Guinea pig adopted it immediately. She doesn’t use the roof but there is plenty of room in the house.
