No instructions whatsoever are included with this hanging punching bag. I feel that it is a disservice to the buyer to not be provided any information or directions for assembly, usage, or safety precautions. Without safety instructions there is a risk of the user incurring bodily harm or injury to the wrists. No one should need to hunt down information on the internet prior to using this punching bag.I am not a fan of the gloves that are included with this hanging punching bag. The gloves don’t stabilize my wrists adequately and the gloves allow quite a bit of wrist movement. Also, the glove’s fabric is rather thin on the underside for protecting my palms and the inner side of my fingers. The elastic supports and sleeves are one-size-fits-all and sized for lean physiques. Though they fit my arms and hands, I feel that they won’t be useful for a lot of users. The included jump-rope performs adequately and has handle grips that are quite comfortable. I like the ability to stuff the punching bag with the fill of my choice.

I have only had this for a short while so take this with a grain of salt. This is a really great beginners bag, the material seems strong enough to last for a good while under normal use. I do not care for the hardware it came with (minus one star) but otherwise, it is a good bag for a starter bag. You will need to fill it. I used old laundry that was on its way out, so good timing. My only recommendation is to get better hardware to mount it.For ~35 USD I can recommended this at the four star level.

I actually fell in love with this bag after filling it with sand and rags. It swings perfectly and feels good just moving around it throwing light combinations. Good leather texture, and a smaller circumference to practice your hooks.

This bag is shipped infilled. No filling material is included as described in the description. Luckily. My wife is a quilter and has several quilter friends. I used fabric scraps, as well as some cut up sections of old carpet around a core of playsand filled ziplock bags. It comes in at about 70 lbs now, and is getting more and more use as days pass. The bag is well made, looks nice, and works as expected. It ships with some chains and basic hardware to hang it, but be aware that you may need to look into another style of hanging bracket as I did, dependent upon your own situation. Additionally, filling the bag takes some work, and you will need access to materials to fill it, like fabric scraps, old clothes or the like. There are several videos on the web that show you how to pack one of these so if you’ve never done it before you’ll have a better idea of what to expect.I’m enjoying my bag immensely, and it’s a fantastic training tool for martial arts, MMA and boxing, and having the equipment at my house vs. having to join a gym to use it is saving me money in the long run.

This is a really nice punching bag. It comes with everything I needed to get started hanging it in concrete (though I used different materials in the end). I did look up the screws...Those weren't something I was used to. I didn't end up using those as they seem like they're supposed to go in cement, concrete or something like that, and I was putting it into my...joists? IDK, it's in my unfinished basement. They are under my floors holding them up. I installed the anchor into the center (nearly...I wanted to leave a spot to screw it in, so it's off center) of an old piece of 2x4 that was long enough to reach 3 of my joists. I screwed the board into those 3 joists with some thick screws (just as thick as the ones it came with) I had to drill the holes first.Once I got that done, everything else was easier. I'm glad I didn't stuff it with something heavy or the bag wouldn't be up...just saying...I'm not that strong. I'm lucky I got it up there as it is. I used some Poly-Fil fluff (like what you use for stuffing stuffed animals. I was going to use it for something else (make clouds with lights in my ceiling) but decided against that, so I needed to find a use, and that worked great.I'm sure clothes would work great too, but I feel like I'd need 1 of my nephews (16-19 year olds) to put it up there if I filled it with something heavy. They're strong and always make me feel weak when I'm struggling, haha. The boys did like how it felt and were punching it like crazy. I already learned that you're supposed to use gloves to punch the bags to help preserve the bags, so I let them have a go at it as long as they used boxing gloves. They're looking forward to coming back to do more punching. My house is the fun house and now I have a punching bag in my gym, they're really happy to come and work up a sweat. Who needs a gym when you can make one in your basement? Haha!

I got mine with the 10 oz gloves and the kit is pretty impressive. It came with the bag, gloves, chain and mounting hardware, wraps, compression sleeves for knees, ankles and hands along with a head ball trainer. Overall this is pretty good quality compared to more expensive bags. The bag says it can hold up to 80 Ibs but I just stuffed it with old cloths and towels and it is pretty solid. I would recommend this bag for anyone starting to get into boxing.
