Product was easy to assemble. My wife and I in our 60's completed the task in a few hours. Blocks the direct sun we get on our deck very nicely!

We got quotes of $20k to cover our back deck so we looked for a cheaper option. Delivery was great. Came in 4 boxes making it easier to move around. Install was super easy and only took my husband and I a few hours. This is exactly what we needed! During big storms we have opened up the top due to high winds but regular rain showers we leave it shut and no rain has leaked through! We used the black glue that comes with it and also went over those areas with clear caulking.

Was so excited to buy and build this for my son and his wife. Unfortunately, the shipment we received was missing parts. The instructions in the box stated I would need a part that was not in the box. I then got "updated" instructions that, but the following those steps, the parts were still missing. I was not able to get the right parts, so back to the drawing board. It's a shame because it looks like a quality piece, but if you cant assemble it, well.... Giving more than a 1 star because it does have potential, if they work out the missing parts issue. Last photo shows "replacement parts" that dont fit either :/

Although, like others have mentioned, I also did have 1 piece that had the holes offset, but it didn’t prevent me from being able to still use the part.Other than that, it was not difficult to install. This thing is really nice and awesome and worth getting for sure. It’s sturdy and the weather that came thru right after I built it definitely tested it and it withstood it very well unlike my prior canopy that broke after having it for just one and a half months.
