The headshell lined up with and fit perfectly in my Hitachi ht-r10, but the included cartridge is very low quality with scratchy sound and what appears to be a poorly shaped and sized diamond on a cantilever that's not well centered. Compatibility wise, the rear of the cartridge also very nearly touches the record under a normal 2 gram tracking force. A minorly warped record would definitely hit it. Going to be replacing the cartridge with an AT-3600L shortly
