Puts out great heat. As others have said it is loud. I personally would not use this in bedrooms or anywhere you want peace or quiet but for a utility room/basement it's perfect.Comes with a pigtail already wired to plug into a 20A outlet. I hardwired it (why would you order an "in wall" heater if you were just going to use an outlet?) Install was super straight forward and easy if you know how to change light fixtures, outlets and other electrical things.

Installed in an old addition that is poorly heated (renovation in process thus the pictures). Chose to hard wire it as part of the install. Glad to see the manual included the steps.Initial power up you do get a plastic burn smell but it went away after about 15 minutes. I figured it was burning off the manufacturer’s assembly cleaning process.Nice and quiet. It’s listed at 45db so you hear it but not really.Mount ring is a little flimsy.Does put out decent heat for the room located in a corner. Does have its limits as it is only 1500/750 watts so don’t expect a blast furnace here. What appealed to me was the traditional look of it. It still looks like a “normal” register vent. So many of the other models look too modern and after market add-on like.Haven’t set up the Alexa part yet (still finishing the renovation) but it is a nice option to have. Will use in conjunction with the furnace and probably set up schedules to match the furnace schedule to supplement the heat in that room.Looking forward to a leave it and forget it approach with it.Note: Customer Support via email was quick and responsive when I preemptively asked about hard wiring suggestions.Purchased the 4 year warranty with it just in case it doesn’t live up to it’s own hype.

It works as it claims. The noise that people are talking about. I also get but it’s when the heater is in cool down mode. The metal fluctuates cooling down and makes a popping noise. That is normal for electric space heaters it works great fits in the camper well. Will be buying another one Soon.

This thing is LOUD, the heat output is meh. I put it in a bedroom wakes me up constantly. Have to turn it off. Can't return since it took me a minute to install it. Can't replace it easily since there is a giant hole in the wall now and I need to find a similar size heater. It has pretty lights and wifi the least important features on a heater....

It looks great and was easy to install but that’s about it. Doesn’t seem to be a 1500watt heater based on the heat it produces. Less than 200sqft, thermostat not accurate, WiFi App never worked. I’d pass and by an actual heater.

I installed this at the entryway vestibule in my home. The unit works great, and has low, high, and auto fan modes. It comes with a remote control, but it also can connect to your Wi-Fi and be controlled from your smartphone. I have it on a daily program specifying when to turn it on and off. For such a small unit, it throws off a lot of heat. The installation was very easy and the unit is very aesthetically pleasing. This was the only product that I was able to find that was small, minimalist, has built in digital thermostat with WiFi, and two heating modes. I highly recommend it.
