Not too bad for the price. The bag for boxing could be more firm. I wouldn’t recommend for an adult unless he /she is malnourished!

My son has been begging for one of these, so he can practice boxing. My son absolutely loves it. It comes with the gloves, air pump, and bag. The instructions were cut and dry and easy to follow. You can either opt to use water or sand to stabilize it. The quality was awesome for the price. It is beginner friendly

I love this heavy punching bag with stand for adults and teens. My 15-year-old son is super happy with this punching bag, which also comes with his boxing gloves. It's easy to set up and move. We all work out with this bag at home.

This is a 6’ tall punch bag with two boxing gloves and an air pump. It pumps air pretty fast and easy to inflate. It can fill the base with water or sand to keep it more stable. Filling sand is recommended to keep it stable. It is made with thick and sturdy material and great value for money. Thumbs up.

I was bored with my workout routine and heard that boxing was good for arms and core—so glad I tried it, it’s a fun and different kind of workout! This product made it so easy and convenient to start training at home. Set up was fast and it seems very well made. I beg teens and kids would love it too! Great for letting off steam 👍

I just learn to do boxing and this punching bag is perfect for my need. I can practice everyday at home. I have a small room, but this punching bag can be flat and store under my bed. The material is high quality and durable. Highly recommend***UPDATED***The product is not working after 2 months use. I can't inflate the punching bag anymore

I wouldn’t recommend this for adults at all but maybe for kids up to about 13 or so. Seems like decent quality but not very sturdy or strong
