If you were considering putting one of these on your truck, just do it. Hands down the biggest difference you can make on any truck suspension that doesnt come with one from the factory. It turns a body rolling truck into a sport car when turning.

First off the Install instructions are terrible. Next after installed as directed and all bolts properly tightened to installation specs the brackets rotated on the axle and broke off the vent tube fitting. And thanks to GM being complete idiots the broken piece wont come out as it is pressed and expanded into the hole. Next step is to somehow get that broken fitting out and replace with something(???) and then weld the brackets to the housing so they can't rotate. Also never fall for this so called easy bolt on again.

After installing the Rear Sway Bar on my Truck I could feel the Big differance in the way it handled, especially in turns! I am very happy with this purchase and Highly Recommened if you don't have one on your vehical get one and have one put on, it makes a Big Differance in the way it handles and feels. And this brand is very good I recommened Hellwig for your vehicals! (dw78667)

Unfortunately, the bar can only be mounted UNDER the axle vs. OVER if you have air bags installed due to air bags in the way of the sway bar. I went ahead and mounted the bar under the axle on my K1500 but doing so reduced the ground clearance significantly (lost 3.5" inches) and the bar is highly visible (looks funny). You may want to find a sway bar where the "hump" goes around back (pumpkin cover side) of the axle if you plan to run air bags. You will notice a difference when taking corners and my towing/hauling performance has increased.

It has removed all most all the sideway sway when the camper is installed, and has not affected driving when camper is not installed.
