Easy to attach if you like DIY, and have micro tools, which is true in my case. I love the look and solved my problem of a drawer with a broken hinge that would not stay closed. ( the hinge was one of a kind and not available).

This is a rather basic but well-made product. The hook latch itself has a good swing mechanism. Both parts do not have any metal spurs. It appears to be well finished and filed smooth.The metal itself is somewhat thin and is flexible. This may be a good thing if you're trying to apply it to a curved surface.A very basic product that does the job. Looks good, well finished. It will not provide absolute security but it will do the job.

The small screws sometimes stand proud of the hole ever so slightly , but this is enough for the latch rivet to catch on. I had to remove the swinging latch and file the rivet somewhat . I will not use these again

This small hook latch is absolutely, amazingly perfect! Our dogs kept trying to get into the pantry to eat food (jerks LOL). We kept a small bar stool in front of the door to keep them out, which worked, but it looked so trashy. Then we stumbled upon this beauty on Amazon and it has worked like charm! Simple and easy installation, looks exactly like the picture, and holds the door closed very firmly! No more bar stool! yay! Would definitely purchase this again when/if needed and/or recommend to anyone! You need this in your life! :)

I can't tell you how perfect these latches are for my particular needs. I've been looking for these forever! I have boxes that open from the side and I use these in that manner. What a gift you have made me! Easy to put on. Good material. Will not break!
