i love the lamp but cord wont work and one of the bulbs was smashed, could you please send me those 2 things so i dont have to send the whole salt lamp?

The inside of the lamp was not carved out enough, so it rested on the bulb and it immediately shattered the. Unable to use at all, and glass flew all over the place. Returned the same day as I got it after waiting about 2 weeks for it to arrive

I got this dome shape, Himalayan salt lamp to use on my feet. Mine arrived in good shape without any breaks or cracks. After you unwrapped the salt piece you will need to go underneath and pull the bulb socket out. then, place the salt dome on the wood base and insert socket. I seen some reviews of the shattered bulbs, which I can see how that happened. The socket has butterfly clips so you cannot put it together without doing it this way. The lamp gives off a mild warmness only but enough to sooth.

Don't waste your money. I've gotten 2 now and neither work, cheap products, both came damaged and do not get warm or turn on. Dont waste your money or time

It was upsetting that it was the wrong wiring .. not for the United States plug. Low end quality too. Just thought it was going to be better quality. But I was able to re wire it and buy the bulbs for the new wires.
