I actually purchased this machine and warranty over three years ago! My family and I have had so many great memories and parties with this popcorn machine. I recently was cleaning it out and I submeger the kettle in water and the pot was never able to get back up to the correct temperature and I would not pop the kernels. I fortunately did buy the warranty. I contacted the warranty company asurion to let them know it was no longer working properly. I had to send the popcorn machine in (which was the biggest hassle it took me 3 months just to do that) I finally got it sent back and woke up to a amazon gift card equivalent to the amount I paid to purachase a new popcorn machine. Thats a win/win/win. So I’m back to purchase again. 5 stars popcorn always turns out great also purchase the different popcorn seasonings all unique flavors I believe it was a 20 pack. Perfect for fall and winter

Bought for grandkids (and myself). Basically zero instructions. Fortunately I’m very handy and just figured out how it all went together. THEN scoured the internet to verify and get operation instructions. Pretty brainless. Super happy so far. Personally, I felt the Mega brand popcorn kits were bigger pieces and not as chewy as the other brands although not as salty. Overall, two thumps up!!

As soon as we opened the box we saw the big dent on the top of it. This is while wrapped in the foam and all before anything was removed. One removing the plastic and setting up. We then noticed the whole for the tray for the kernels and waste to drop was also dented, which prevented us from being able to place the tray inside to catch anything. We then installed the doors, which are wayyy off. Ones on the magnet and one is way below. The hinged weren’t aligned, and on the left door the hinge was installed on the door so crooked that it barely wanted to even go in. Definitely awkward for the price of this machine. Definitely wasn’t an Amazon issue but a manufacturer issue. Hoping we can get some type of reimbursement because it’s entirely too much to send back and hard to find.

I spent way too much time researching popcorn machines. The all seem very similar and around the same price so wasn't sure what, if any, differences there are. Ended up buying this model since it seemed to have everything I wanted at a good price. Setup only took a few minutes. There was one tiny dent from shipping but was able to pop it out and can't even remember where it is now. We bought in July of 2021 and use this about once a week and clean it about every 3 or 4 uses as well as a thorough cleaning every few months. It's now March of 2022 and we've had zero issues with it. I will say the first 3 or 4 batches didn't taste so great; not sure if that was just things breaking in or my inexperience but after a few batches everything tastes great and has stayed that way. No visible rust anywhere, not noisy, and makes really good popcorn. I bought the version without the stand and bought my own table separately. Overall would recommend this to anyone wanting to make some popcorn at home.
