I liked this item. It's big enough to layer on a large sandwich bread. Even to make like a pancake or Waffle. Only problem is I didnt like the way it comes apart. Otherwise it is good. It didn't stick and came off easily.

This would be my second panini pan. The first was the well known copper red pans and I drove that thing into the dirt because I loved it so much! I couldn't take the picture quick enough before my son ate a whole sandwich lol. This one is definitely an upgraded version with the wooden handles that lock much better, length is better and diamonds make a great presentation. Only reason for not getting a 5th star would be the need for a little more length on the handle it would make gas stoves and fire pits a possible option as everything is better over fire! Very happy with purchase otherwise.
