  • Material upgrade: Gartist hardware cloth adopts a double galvanizing process, which first uses galvanized steel wire to weld into a wire mesh, and then hot-dip galvanizing the mesh. This process improves the corrosion resistance of the wire mesh roll, making it waterproof and rust resistant, sturdy and durable, long-term outdoor use is no problem.
  • Easy to use: The size of wire mesh fence is 19Ga, 16 "x50 ', and the opening size is 1/2inch x 1/2inch. When using, you only need to use scissors to cut it to the size you need. Reminder: The wire mesh product is relatively heavy, and it is best to wear gloves when operating.
  • Widely used: Our hot-dip galvanized after welding hardware cloth is suitable as a garden fence to protect your plants from rodents, or cut wire fence rolls to make it into chicken wire fence, bird cages, rabbit cages, dog fences, sheep pen fences, etc. It can be also used as a balcony or window protective net, outdoor cover net, soil screening net, etc.
  • Prevent most reptiles: Our fence mesh opening size is 1/2inch x 1/2inch, square; The opening is small enough to effectively prevent most reptiles, such as raccoons, foxes, snakes, opossums, squirrels, etc., which can protect your garden plants and farm animals. We suggest that when installing this type of mesh, please first dig a shallow trench and install a fence 2 to 3 feet deep on the ground, which will provide the most beneficial protection for your ground.
  • 30 days return & exchange: We provide a 30 days return and exchange service. You can contact us via email if you have any questions, and we will provide you with a satisfactory response within 24 hours.

Question & Answer

1. Q: Is the hot-dip galvanizing done before or after welding?

A: After welding, galvanized iron wire after welding is better than that before welding, and it is not easy to rust

2. Q: What is the fabric of hardware cloth? Is it the coating of fabric on the galvanized metal?

A: The cloth of metal hardware is a kind of galvanized wire mesh for fencing and protection, which is not made of cloth.

3. Q: Can this product be used to fend off rats on a new turf lawn?

A: Yes, the cloth can be used under new grass to prevent rodents from entering. By installing hardware cloth beneath the lawn, you can create a barrier that prevents ground squirrels from digging holes and damaging the lawn.

Heavy duty. Great to keep my puppy within the fencing. She is an escape artist and this solidified the current fencing.

I used this to prevent rabbits from getting in from my back yard. I was surprised on how sturdy the wire build was. Price was also reasonable. I have only had it for about a month, but if it can stand up to the desert sun and weather, I would say it is a good product.

Does what it says and hasn’t rusted being outside for some time. Durable, no connections came undone, slightly thin, great value for the money.

This stuff is the cat's pajamas when it comes to hardware cloth. You get a ton of it, get out your tin snips, and you make it whatever height and length and shape you want to, depending on what Critter you're trying to keep out of what area. I put it around the garden to keep baby bunnies out, I made boxes out of it to keep moles out of the bulbs, it goes around the roses to keep the deer from munching, i have big round piece protecting saffron crocuses, and I have a giant ring of it where I put all of my fall leaves to compost. And just like all galvanized Hardware cloth, it'll hurt when you get into it. Be careful and use some gloves. And wash out any Cuts you get from it right away!
