: These shoes are exactly what I was looking for, an inexpensive pair of earthing shoes for the back yard! They are similar to water shoes, so minimalistic. They protect my feet while walking around the yard to enjoy some natural red light therapy from the sun. Three metal probes in the heel make contact with the ground and have attached bars to provide continuity between the bottom of the sole and inside of the shoe (see picture). The foam liner has copper tape that allows continuity from the probes imbedded in the shoe to the top of the liner that makes contact with the bottom of your foot (see picture). The copper is tarnished in the photo because I use them bare foot, but the included socks work well too. Mine came with two pairs of ankle socks that have metallic connectivity areas that align with the metal tape insole. I used a multi-meter to confirm connectivity between all three pieces. In the photo, the ungrounded voltage in my body drops from 4.8 millivolts to 0.1 millivolts. The white cord going to my heel is a grounding cord pressed against the bottom copper of the heel to simulate walking on earth. Product works as advertised and the multi-meter demonstrates functionality!

Super cheap, like a water shoe, the grounding *(NOT COPPER CHEAP TIN) Rivets aren't set tight n right. Then inside the shoe, the insoles are rubber with no grounding material, so any grounding coming through is blocked. The tin rivets have hollow heads and will not last.I've got to buy copper rivets to remove others and install. The inside grounding inserts (souls) are rubber and block grounding..which any decent ones seem to be about 100.00..Btw buy the right socks or grounding is blocked again.
