Fit perfectly. I've had this battery for about a year. It's still working great. It's charge lasts a couple hours under constant use. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Got here fast. Correct battery. Had tools to unscrew tiny screws on back of laptop. Mine got a little stuck to open but I was able to manuever my hand and screwdriver in to remove the battery. Put in the new one and voila!!!! Awesome. HP Laptop started right up. Before I got the battery, the touchpad failed so I installed a mouse. Now, because of the battery, I dont need the mouse. I can use my laptop the way it should be used. I am happy with this purchase. Just make sure you order the correct battery for the model laptop you have which should be etched into the bottom of the laptop. I have an HP Pavilion.

Once i got the case split open it was easy to install this battery. Splitting the case was a struggle, and there were no instructions included with the battery, which is why I rated it 4 stars instead of 5.You will need several small screwdrivers to split the case. The top and bottom clips were the hardest to pop open. Just be careful, as it does take quite a bit of force to pop the clips.
