Rather than simply "spray" water onto landscapes, MP Rotators deliver multiple streams of water at a steady rate. This slower application rate allows water to gently soak into the soil and achieves an even distribution throughout the area being irrigated.

Purchased this nozzle to replace one with a smaller radius. Works well. Part was well packaged.

There are some places in my big back yard that my current nozzles could not reach. The MP3500 radius is as specified, significantly longer than the MP3000, and has helped solve my problem. Several vendors sell Hunter nozzles, but Sprinkler Warehouse had the best combination of availability, price, and delivery time. My order was delivered as promised. In my package was a note with contact information if there was anything wrong with my order. I will continue to order from them.

This is a great product - especially if you need a very long "throw" or radius. It's my experience that this particular head is hard to find at many stores. My only issue with the MP rotators is that the heads sometimes (not all of them) get clogged with calcium deposits over time. I tied soaking them overnight in a little CLR and that worked pretty well. Otherwise, they are cheap and easy enough to replace as needed. I keep extras on hand!

I have had a system I have fought with for years. Low pressure coupled with with the person who installed the system trying to put too many sprinklers on a single valve resulted in patchy grass that was soaked at one end and bone dry at another. Ordered some MPs as a last ditch effort and I must say they are amazing. Better than I could have dreamed of. If you struggle with low pressure or coverage gaps these are your ticket to stress free lawn irrigation.

I bought this to replace a Hunter MP300090(22 to 30-Feet Radius.) It added about an extra 2-3 feet of coverage; which is what I expected after reading reviews.

These have failed me for the last 2 years. I've measured pressure at the head, I have the 40 PSI regulator bodies. But during installation, of course some dirt got into the pipes, a miniscule amount. These have stopped rotating about a week into seeding every single time, even after replacement. Not sure if its the dirt or they are just garbage, but I replaced them with the blue 300090 and they work fine. I've gone through dozens of these brown heads, spent hundreds of dollars replacing them for it just to stop rotating and killing my grass each season. These brown heads are trash. Real homies don't let their homies use MP3500's

Reaches about 30' at max (water pressure related probably), seems to use a lot less water than the normal rotators.Got soaked trying to figure out how to adjust this.

As a warning, I was having issues with one of these not rotating. I replaced and still had problems. The problems went away when I installed a , so apparently regulating the pressure is important.Be sure the check the Hunter website for their specs. This particular model puts out a tremendous amount of water. Using 180 degrees at 40 PSI, this produces 2.86 GPM, or 171.6 GPH (gallons per hour) at a precipitation rate of .45 in/hour. So to get 1 inches of water on that part of the lawn, I'm using 340 gallons for just one head. I have a crazy water bill because I have so many zones and heads, so these are important details.
