I really didn't think 2mm was going to do much at all but i was wrong. Turns out 2mm but also is short sleeve and short legs was idea for me. I still get cold even when its 90+ outside and the water is 60. I use this in conjunction with a rain shell and caving pants.

Fits perfectly and is not too cold nor too warm.Once it's on it is comfortable as can be. It is a bit of a chore to get on and off, but hey it's a wetsuit and my joints are 76 years old.Great product!

This is my first wet suit, so I'm no expert but, I love mine! I followed the measurements carefully and it fits perfectly. Because of the long ribbon attached to the zipper I can use it easily by myself. I'm using it for long distance swimming in my Canadian lake which is getting pretty chilly now and it keeps me relatively warm. It has to have a high collar to keep the cold water out so that's a bit awkward when doing the breast stroke but it's not a big problem. Overall very pleased with my purchase!

Fits perfect. Great quality. This will be the sixth suit we have bought from this company and we love them. They hold up really well and everyone in the family has one. I’m 5’7 155lbs and bought a size 12

Muy feliz por la compra. Lo he usado para bucear en mar y lagos, así cómo para ir a las cascadas y 0 frío. En verdad que es muy práctico y cómodo.

Fits well, but be aware if your a XL get a xXXL it runs small. So order two sizes up. Well made and nice look.

Received my springsuit yesterday and was pleased at what I got. I'm 5'8" and 162lbs so I fell somewhere in the medium range. The medium fits a bit snugly but not uncomfortably. I had previously purchased a Pi-Pe spring suit in medium only to find that the sleeves were as loose as a Hawaiian shirt. Legs and neck too. Wetsuits are meant to be snug where water may enter to limit the turnover of water trapped in the suit. This means snug collar, arm cuffs and leg cuffs. The Hyperflex fits snugly in all three areas. No bunched up or folded material in arms or legs. Nice. The seams were all well done and free of imperfections. Like most suits, the zipper pull is long enough for donning and doffing the suit without help with the zipper. Thickness feels a bit thinner in arms so it could be that the torso is 2.5mm and, for freedom to move the arms, the sleeves are 2mm. That of course is only my suspicion.chest panel not being covered in fabric since surfboard wax tends to rub off on the chest while paddling out into the lineup. I can't wait to spend some time in the water surfing today so I can make some observations about the Hyperflex in action. I'd expect the suit to provide the same warmth as any 2.5mm suit would. Neoprene is neoprene. Aside from thickness of the neoprene, the only real difference in any suit is how far they go in sealing the zippers and collar against cold water intrusion, the quality of build (determines likely lifespan of the suit), and above all else, fit, fit, fit. The Hyperflex is no Mercedes, but it appears to be a well-fitting excellent economy suit for those like me, who plan occasional use during a short season where it's too cold for no suit, and not yet cold enough for a full suit.Update 09/24/17: I've used this suit a few times now in water ranging from 66 to 68F, 10-15MPH offshore wind, air temp 65 to 75F. The suit fit well, was easy to don and doff, and kept me perfectly warm. It's a bit chilly if you're swimming in it, but since surfing involves a lot of paddling and some sitting on the board, it's just right. Flushing (water running into the suit at the neck, leg or arm holes) was minimal which is great and kept the suit warm thanks to a tight fit at the outlets. Since the suit has performed perfectly for it's intended use, I'm giving it another star. It may lack options found in pricier (much pricier) suits, but it was intended to be a value suit and it's an exceptional value at that.

These suits DO NOT run small! The sizing chart available in the website is 100% accurate. It's suppose to be tight. I went XL (6'1" & 198#) based in the the fact everyone was saying the run small and it's a bit too large. Should work fine because I'm slowly getting fat. Now about the suit... It's just fine. That's it, fine. It's lightweight, quality zipper but the velco seems low quality and the cuffs should be tighter. The fold over for the neck cuff is bulky and pokes the back of your head when you're paddling. That being said. It's exactly what I expected for the price point. I would purchase again and also recommend to others.

Sizing was very off for this wet suit. I'm normally a size 4 in street clothes and I ordered a size 6. Wet suit that came in was teeny tiny. I spec'd it out with a measuring tape and waist and hip measurements were much smaller than measurements on the size chart on the product hangtag. I was very disappointed this didn't work out. Overall quality/price looked good.I'm returning this item and I'm hoping the seller will credit me the return shipping fee if I exchange it for a suit in another size. Only thing is I'm not sure how many sizes to go up. Do I order the 8? or the 10? Please contact me about this return, thanks!

I didn't have time to review this at the time that i used it so my review is a little late. I purchased this to go on a trip to the islands. This wetsuit was perfect. It kept my body nice and warm in the cold waters. Also the suit fit perfectly to my body, it felt great on my arms and legs. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a wetsuit at a good price.
