They fit!! I was skeptical when a medium should most. Make sure to keep a little pressure on them to keep them from sliding off as you get in. Toes are still going to get cold but shouldn’t stay as cold?

I get freezing toes in the winter and needed something that I could wear inside of my boots that wouldn’t be too bulky. These toe covers worked out great. I can still wear my regular socks and just slip these covers over them. They trap the heat around my toes and keep my feet much warmer throughout the day. Overall, a great solution to chronically cold toes.

My teen uses these when she is riding her electric skateboard and it’s super cold outside, like 20 degrees Fahrenheit. These have helped keep her toes warm while riding, and easy to use and wear her boots. I’d highly recommend whenever your toes need to stay warm and even the best of socks are not cutting it.

Thick and works! Protects my toes from that pins and needles feeling when in the ice bath. washes well and dries relatively quickly. Never knew I needed these until I used it!

Amazing the difference a little toes coverage these provide… and that’s exactly what they are made for so I’d say they are doing their job! :) Got these for the “Polar Plunge” challenges we do around the year. The toes are always quick to get cold… but not anymore! Get them. They really help!

The biggest issue I've had with cold plunging is burning toes! I usually just keep them propped up on the edge but it's not always comfortable. These toe caps are the perfect solution! I have wider feet so I wouldn't worry about sizing. They pulled on up to my mid foot so even longer feet will fit well in these. I'm a size 7.5/8 generally. The thickness is perfect to keep my toes cool but no burning. Awesome quality and works well for what I need them for.

These are sold as toe caps for ice baths, but I ordered them for a different use. That is, to cover my toes when heat-molding the liners for my ski boots. You do that to ensure that the molded liners have a little wiggle room for the toes. Whether for keeping toes warm in an ice bath or my “oddball” use, these toe covers should be effective. They are simple, but well made. They have nicely sewn flat seams which is important for my use, and the open end of the toe caps also has a good seam on the edge. I will probably cut these shorter for my liner molding use, and I’ll have to sew a couple of stitches to secure the edge seam after cutting.I have average width mens size 8.5 feet, and these medium caps fit me well, although I’d say they could be a little tighter if your using them to stay warm. As with a wetsuit, you want the neoprene to be pretty snug against the skin. That traps a layer of warm water against the skin, and blocks the surrounding cold water from getting in. So, if you have small, narrow feet, you might wish the fit were a bit more snug.
