Used in a water well. Put it in well, worked about 30 minutes and quit. Pulled it out of the well the impeller wouldn’t turn. Finally got it freed and put the pump back in the well. Will only work about 30 min at a time then overheats and shuts off.

4 inch PVC casing was cracked and busted the cost to cost to fix it insanely High.I Sleeved the well with 3 inch and dropped this pump into it. it fit with room to spare The Pump is insanely heavy and long. The shipping packaging is very poor. Barely hold the contents, The Pump arrives in two pieces and will need to be assembled. Not hard to do just annoying. Seem to work well. Installed 22 April 24. I will update this review in six month's. The quality of the pump looks very good despite the packaging.

I received the pump slightly damaged in the center. The two ends were shaking therefore we unscrewed the center and tighten the bolts. I am not sure if I will have any issues later due to the damages the pump received during shipping. The pump was in a cardboard tube and then placed in a soft box for shipping. I would highly recommend that the pump be shipped in a hard rubber/hard plastic tube/PVC tube that can withstand any weight or force that may be placed upon it before being placed in a hard box for shipping. Today is 2 days of using the pump and have no other issues thus far. The pump works very well and pump water quickly.

As you can see the pump is broken from the housing part of the pump . I've been with out water for a week now and now this is gonnaake it even longer .. bad handling. Blah!!!! Somebody drop it and broke it.. and didn't say anything maybe that's why it was a day late.. but I have a suggestion cause I don't want to go with out water any longer.. I can possibly have it welded back together by a welder that's right down the road but he's gonna say no charge but I always pay my friend even tho he saids no .. he's just that kind of friend. I just talk to him and he said bring it down and he will see what he can do about it's .. I'm sure it will be ok to do that .. and just wanted to see what you have to say.. how much discount I get and I still want my warranty .. let me know I'm ready. To get my water back on. .

I bought the 1/2hp submersible pump and have it installed at approximately 50 feet. I use it primarily for lawn/garden watering and without a pressure tank or switch. I run the pump constantly for up to 8-10 hours at a time for the last two years. I am very satisfied with this pump.

This pump was installed today 7/29/19The cord had a 110v plug on it. The motor was a 220v. Glad I cought it.Also I opened a .5 up pump and the motor will not run had right out of the box
