If you've been advised, like I was, that this is the stuff you need for repairing a hairline crack in the basin of a composite granite sink, ignore that advice. After three attempts, carefully following directions each time and leaving a full 72 hours for the epoxy to set before using the sink again, the hairline crack was weeping into the undersink as though no repair had been made at all. Perhaps there is some additional trick I missed, but I will never know as the seller, supposedly a responsive industrial supply house, never bothered to answer my queries. Conversely, this stuff did work to repair a hairline crack in a dinner plate, so an extra star for that, but for the price I could have replaced that plate new thrice over.

Our large marble coffee table got dropped during a move. The slab of marble is glued to a large sheet of plywood underneath so the only way to repair the cracking was to use an epoxy that would flow into the cracks. We carefully measured and mixed to the specifications and then carefully applied to all of the cracks. It did not seep into any of them, as you can see in the photos, no epoxy penetrated the very top- the edges of the cracks are still quite dry. If I had known that the epoxy specifically designed for infiltrating cracks wouldn’t have done it, I could have saved $50 and used a much cheaper product that would have done the same thing.

This product easily flowed into a credit card-sized seam opening that appeared in my kitchen granite. Be sure to intelligently mask off your work surfaces as the epoxy is really good at flowing. See YouTube videos as these have much more detail than the skimpy instructions that come with the containers. You will appreciate the special containers for the two epoxy components. Each has a measuring/dispensing chamber making it easy to dispense a few ounces at a time with the required 2:1 ratio.

This does penetrate pretty well. I was using it to assemble a mosaic and it worked well.

This stuff worked perfect. Saved me $300. I fixed an 1/8" wide crack that was about 12" long.
