The product description claims that the gasket material measures [36" Long x 2" Wide x 1/16" Thick], but this is not true. The most important measurement, the 1/16", actually is 1/8th plus thick. This causes issues with trying to get the combustor back into the slot in the stove - the fit is too tight.See picture of measuring the thickness... This makes the gasket material useless to us who need the 1/16th thickness. If trying to make it work, the tight fit causes the gasket to end up torn and damaged (as mine did). Had to purchase the correct gasket from another source. Total waste of time and money...

This worked as a replacement gasket for the catalytic combustor on a Kuma Cascade LE-1 fireplace insert.

It states it is 1/16” thick but actually it’s 1/8” thick which won’t work on my Blaze King Princess! Catalytic Combustor! Too tight of tolerance, need 1/16” thick! I bought 2 and tried to put it in with 1 of them! Won’t work. Went to a local dealer and bought the correct one.
