This machine works great, but unfortunately it seems to stop working after two years. I don’t think paying what we do is reasonable to the life of the machine.

Over the years I have worn out two of the older models so I was sure of what I wanted in a machine. I wasn't sure if I was going to like adding a filter and a timer to the unit when I ordered it, but after using it the first afternoon when it arrived I've since wondered how I made it all those years without those features. I feel sure this unit will run for as many years as the first two did combined simply because it doesn't have to run all the time and with the filters it will stop the sticky cruddy buildup that killed my older models.

Whats to like everything what’s to dislike like nothing.Searched and searched for a machine that would actually ionize as apparently big brother decided it wasn’t good for you.Thankfully, I found this one it works wonderfully cleans. The smells out of the air quickly, and it is completely adjustable.The only thing I might do is not pay the extra money for it to be so pretty however, it is really gorgeous

This lasted only a few months before the fan stopped working. The company replaced it since it was under warranty. The replacement was covered only by the original one-year warranty. The fan stopped working on the second unit after a few months. This model is lightweight, convenient to use, and eliminates odors, but unfortunately it's of very poor quality.

UPDATE 11/2022: It stopped running, had to jump thru hoops, for the seller, before he would open a warranty claim. Once he opened it, I had to ck back with him in 5 business days to get a tracking # from FedEx. Once i tracked the unit, it is sitting at a FedEx place in Lebanon Ohio, which is about 30-40 miles away from me. They are holding it because they needed more info from the SENDER!! I sent the message to Samuel, a couple days later he emailed me and said I had to contact FedEx. Very very poor customer service.Little but doing great in my basement, so far!
