Love this Jasion EB 7 ebike. Packaged well and easy to assemble. For the price, it is a solid well-built bike. I was concerned that 500 watts with 850 watts peak would not be enough, but after taking it out for the first test drive it certainly has enough power for me….I spent a few months researching similar ebikes at the same price point and I am so glad I made the right choice, this is an amazing ebike, better than I anticipated.

I bought this ebike for about 4 months now and I think that's a decent ebike to go around in short trip or run errands. The ebike is big compared to my imagination. And I had some issues with assembling the ebike myself.First, the rear hood was extremely hard to be put into place and I had to use lots of force to put it into place. And some of the screws is not easy to be screwed into the frame. It seems to me that it could be due to the reason they was screwed in by machine before and the technician was not doing a good job.The cable of the front brake is not properly setup and it's go out of place. I try to adjust it but it require too much effort so I gave up. And after assembled the bike and do a test ride, I figured out that the front disk brake is not even and causing a rubbing noise with the brake pad. I reached out to customer support and they sent me a replacement. Fortunately that's one was working well but it required lots of effort from my side to un-assembled the front tire many times. The seat is super uncomfortable and I think I will try to find after market bike seat to replace it. And although this bike have suspension, it seems not working for me, I still feel the bump when I go over it.Until now, I have had around 3xx miles on this and although the impression is not good at first and the most part seems cheap, I have had very smooth ride with this ebike. The motor is strong and help me to go up some hills very easily. In verdict, I think it's a decent bike for the price, there's not too much to complain about but also not a lot to praise for. If you are short on budget, I think this one should get the job done but if you have more to spend I would recommend to spend maybe a couple hundred bucks more and get more quality ebike.PS: If you are in Vancouver like myself, I also saw Cotsco have the Jetson new version and I think that's a very good ebike and cost only 500 bucks.

This is a great e-bike for everyday use and for exploring the city and trails. The battery lasts a long time too. Customer service has been exceptionally helpful and responsive, as well. I would recommend purchasing this e-bike from this company.

I received the package a few days ago. It was easy to install and sturdy in quality. I did not expect that. It is better than I expected. The battery is very good in riding. It does not decrease charging quickly. This is evidence of the quality and it is the best I have received.

The bike is really good. Got the package earlier than estimated. I took it for a ride and it was really comfortable. The LCD display is bright and colorful. Gear shifts are pretty smooth. You can use this as a regular bike with pedal assist 0 or use it as a fully electric bike at pedal assist 4 or 5.The only thing that probably needs an improvement is maybe the assembly instructions. It took me a while to understand as the pictures were too dark. Also, not all the steps were there - for example, my handle bar kept getting out of alignment. Only then I realized I had to tighten some screws for that. This is a minor nitpicking, but thought of putting it here for someone who has never assembled a bike before in their lives like me.But there are many YouTube videos out there that you can take a look at that have very detailed assembly instructionsOverall - a solid bike

Great Bike! I got this bike because it was hard to get my FUJI normal hybrid bike (not a e-bike) up three particular hills I must ride up. On the Jasion EB7 2.0 I easily road past others on those hills. This is a great cargo bike for carrying groceries up hills. The seat is comfortable for me. I finally lost the extra weight I needed to loose because I can ride this bike all day. I want an extra battery so I can go home and change the battery and get back on the road. The battery gives good distance. I just want to ride all day because it's so much fun and exercise .The charger has the US UL Listed E350715 Certification (E350715 for SHENZHEN FUYUANDIAN POWER CO LTD). You can also find that information registered online. I never leave the battery charging unattended! I get a lot of mileage only using around 50% of battery, then I only charge for 2-3 hours while I'm home...then back on the road. My battery doesn't even get warm while charging. With two batteries I'll only have to stop and change the battery, then get back on the road. I searched, and googled much information and found that the Jasion EB7 2.0 is the bike for me. I know what others are going thru wanting to make a good decision and not overspend or waste money and be safe. This Bike covers all my e-bike needs. Make sure the nut covers on the wheels are tight and secured so you don't lose one and have to get a replacement. Jasion is sending the replacement that was lost while riding. I feel safe and efficient riding the Jasion EB7 2.0. You can Feel "Happy and Safe" while charging and riding this bike. I'm going riding now...ZOOOOOOooommmm.

TL/DR: It's pretty great to ride and the price is very fair. I wonder how long the off-brand wheels, shocks, and brakes will last?Full Review: I have always aspired to running errands on my bike. With this Jasion ebike, I finally do it. I jump on the bike wearing my street clothes (and a helmet) and zip to the store for a few things. Even in hot July, I don't get sweaty gross. It's fun to ride for recreation and exercise, too. Several times, I have ridden 20+ miles on hilly dirt and gravel roads and finished with 50% of the battery left. Impressive, really. The bike handles bad pavement and dirt/gravel roads really well. It's a plush ride, not sporty. Performance mountain bikers look elsewhere. If I ride the Jasion hard, it's an OK workout. Even when I let the motor do most of the work, it's more exercise than driving. There are two things to note before you hit the buy now button. The first is that it's heavy and bulky. I can fold it up and put it in my hatchback, but it's a pain in the @$$. It's the tradeoff for the big battery, powerful motor, front and rear shocks. The second is that there are some cheap wheels, shocks, and brakes on this thing. How long will those last? How easy to repair or replace then?I'd buy it again for sure.P.S. My bike was damaged in shipment and their customer service got right on it.

Finally got to ride our new bikes yesterday. Love this bike!It is almost assembled and I just need to assemble the rest parts. It was easy to assemble the rest parts and it’s very easy to fold and unfold. It’s also very sturdy and well made.First, I love the color LCD digital display, it shows all the important info during the ride.I have ridden a mountain e-bike that costs ten times as much for the past three years and think everyone should get an e-bike. E-bikes don’t make you lazy. They encourage you to get out more and exercise more. And when I am mountain biking, I get the same workout but I can go much faster and go up much steeper hills and go twice the distance so it’s a lot more fun. This bike is perfect for streets and if you live in a hilly area. It goes 18 mph uphill with my 70-pound daughter on it and for me, at 175 pounds, I can go at least 12 mph up a steep hill with very light pedaling. I'm 6'1" and still consider it comfortable enough to pedal on longer rides with the pedal assist. The twist-grip throttle makes it a lot of fun when you don’t want to pedal. But the disc brakes work great and it is put together very well. The range seems to be over 15 miles riding hills near me. This is such a great little bike to throw into your car or take on the train and just moto around further and faster than you probably could on a regular bike, especially on hills. We are so thoroughly impressed with all of the features on our bikes. The pedaling is so easy. Handling is so great. Reached the summit of several hills and I could still breathe normally. How enjoyable. This was very comfortable on my butt and legs. I had no problems or complaints about the seat or pedal reach when I was screwing around on it, either. It should do well on dirt/gravel mountain trails here in Nevada. We love everything about our Jason EB7. Biking is so enjoyable now. Overall, I would buy it again!!!
