Slider Installation
1.Get the zipper tap ready
2.Cut tap one side about 1/5 inch short
3.Zipper tap longer side insert to the zipper slider
4.Zipper tap shorter side insert to the zipper slider
5.One hand hold zipper tap and other hand Slide the puller down
6.Finished install

I needed to replace a zipper on my duvet. I was able to take out the old one and replace it with a section of zipper from this pack. I also wanted to put in two pulls so that I would not have to pull from one end to the other to close it. I was able to do this quite quickly and easily. Yay! I don't have to buy a new duvet! The zipper is sturdy enough to handle being zipped for a Cal-King down comforter. And now I can make a few little zipper closed bags. It comes with little metal stops so that the zipper pull does not fall off and a handful of pulls.

Not a very good quality nylon zipper. I bought 10 yards of white and black. At first I thought it was maybe a bad slider, so I got another one out of package. To make this work for project I had I finally had to use my own slider. .Basically, it's a live and learn lesson.

It worked perfectly for the couch cushion covers I made on the fly. It took a little bit to get the hang of it but once you get it it becomes easier. That being said if you order this I would also add fray stop to your cart as well. I soaked a good 3/4 of an inch of it with it and it made getting them on much easier! And it could come with some more zipper stops but still a great deal. Definitely bookmarking this product for future use!

Took a awhile to figure it out, but once I did everything went smoothly. Used them to put on the sides of my blueberry bush net bags. Worked out great.

I have been using this coil zipper to make small zip pouches, and it's very well-suited. I use Sara Kirsten's Pouch Pattern Calculator to lay out the pouches, and these zippers sew very nicely to 1000D Cordura.Starting smaller zippers is a little finicky, but persistence and patience are the key.

this is handy product, but must remember it does not split apart, good for trousers etc.
