Five months after purchasing the ice maker, it stopped working unexpectedly. I reached out to the company, and Marie was incredibly kind and helpful. She quickly arranged for a replacement at no charge, and I truly appreciate her outstanding customer service. The new ice maker works perfectly, and I’m so grateful for their support. I didn't even think to see if it kept the ice frozen/cold, but it doesn't. If you want ice throughout the day, it will need to run all day. Its a little noisy, but it works .

It is working SO FAR….ive read comments on OTHER machines breaking within days…I got this one because it has a 2 year insurance plan…to me, meaning the company says it should work for at least 2 years…this is just a bandaid fix for me since my icemaker in my fridge went totally belly up……I’m too busy with other projects to think it through….but it’s working fine so far 😊😊…holding breath to see how long it works🤞🤞🤞🤞so 4 stars……but easy to use…I use distilled water….

This makes about a pint size bag of ice an hour and does not make alot of noise.
