They are as they described but they are way too big for holding sleeves. We ended up not even using them.

This product is absolutely HUGE!! I bought these for my daughters and they won’t even fit me as a 6’2” man. They are too wide on the shoulders to fit comfortably and way too long to actually do the job they are designed to do. Unfortunately I cannot recommend these for anyone

Great idea. They just need to be about half the size. You have to wrap them around twice and it defeats the purpose because then they're getting in the way and catching on things.

I got these for my daughter’s 12 U softball team. They were so wide, they looked ridiculous on the T-shirts. They also do not cinch small enough.
