The pillow is really comfortable to sleep with, and it’s small so it doesn’t take up much space. And the pillow is great quality for its price.

I looked high and low to find a pillow that is long and narrow that covers from my knee to my ankles. I have a bad right knee and bad left Achilles tendinitis ankle. I already have 3 small pillows, a side head pillow, a back pillow that is fairly flat, to and an arm pillow. The body pillow just takes up too much space and is a pain to turn from side to side. This company could make a killing, in my eyes, if they offered a lighter weight with medium soft stuffing. I cut one end of the pillow, dumped it in the trash and tomorrow will fill with cut up memory foam. I am very excited. And though this heavy weight version is not for me, it is for somebody. I also sleep with a 24 inch round bolster with a bath towel wrapped around it and it sits at the end of my bed. Great way to take the weight of blankets off your feet which really hurt my Achilles tendinitis ankle. Thank you for selling the pillow and case with my dimensions. Happy it is made in the good ol' USA.

I'm a side sleeper and need a body pillow when I sleep. However, I do not like the larger size that essentially takes up as much space as another person in the bed. Not to mention when I toss and turn, trying to move the body pillow to the opposite side is like wrestling an alligator. I noticed some of the other reviews indicating this pillow is too small. In their defense the pictures are misleading and make it appear as if it's bigger. I understand the size is a matter of preference. If you know going into it that this is smaller you won't be disappointed. I'm 5'10", 160 lbs, and for me the size is just right.Another positive aspect is the material of the pillowcase. If sateen and microfiber had a baby, it would feel like this. Very comfortable. Overall I recommend.

I sometimes suffer from back pain, that isn’t really noticeable until I go to bed. Which makes it difficult to get comfortable and fall asleep sometimes. I saw this pillow and figured it would be worth trying. The pillow has a good weight to it. As far as size, it’s on the smaller side. So if you’re use to a lot of volume with support pillows this isn’t the one for you. But it works well for wedging behind me so my back is supported through the night. And the smaller size makes it perfect for travel if needed. The quality seems good, but I have not washed it yet to fully put the quality to the test. Overall I’m satisfied.
