I liked it all. These cleats are easy to put on, work on a simple mechanism, and holds my anchor ropes just fine. Those that say it won't hold the rope, or it slips are probably intellectually challenged and put them on facing the wrong way...

This cleat was exactly what I was looking for to secure a halyard rope on my sailing canoe. The cleat essentially holds the halyard in place after pulling the rope to raise the sail. Much quicker and more secure than tying the rope to the canoe frame!

The design of the 1 that I did get didn’t seem great. It seems like it will have a strong grip but the shafts for the cams are not secure until you bolt it into place.It locks the rope in place firmly but has no eyelet to guide the rope.Not quality, spend a couple extra bucks on a better designed one.

These are heavy duty and high quality. Great clamping power, it even clamps tightly on my bixpy rope which is very thin.Attaching was simple, two screws and some silicone.No criticism from me.
