I needed this immediately and I did not contact the seller. The plastic release lever was broken straight out of the box. It appears to have been used prior to packing. It is functional but difficult to operate properly. The item is built very solid except for the release lever. In my opinion, the release mechanism should be made of a durable metal. If I could have had the time to delay my installation, I would have returned it. Shop around for a more economical option.

Very easy to use. Getting to end of room attach tool and no more fighting to get your last boards into place. It tightens the last boards. No more fighting to add last board.
